With over 30 years in the architectural profession including 21 years as a self-employed architectural designer, Bryan has completed hundreds of new homes and alterations plus completed a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
He has received a number of ADNZ regional design awards for his work.  In 2007 Bryan was appointed as an assessor for the Licensed Building Practitioners’ Scheme set up by the Department of Building and Housing, now the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment.
Bryan can see the advantages and added value that an architectural designer can bring to a project by preparing high quality design and documentation specific to the project.

Andrew Whitney always puts his clients and staff at the forefront of his work. With nearly 30 years of designing under his belt no problem is too great. He enjoys seeing a project develop from the ground up.   It is important for Andrew that a client feels their needs and wants are met within the design brief because “at the end of the day they’re the ones who have to live in it”.  Andrew describes himself as the educator at Createus Group.  “The only way our staff can be the best is to ensure they have the skills, knowledge and technology to adapt to the changes regularly occurring in our industry.”

Robert is a New Zealand registered Architect with over three decades’ experience – 20 years working in the UK and the past decade operating in the New Zealand market. Robert’s career has had a large focus on the education market and has been a part of some internationally recognised projects and roles – most notably the planning and managing for the portfolio of the University of Cambridge. Robert’s variety of experience makes him a valuable member to any team, with the ability to provide a unique perspective on any project he works on. During his past 10 years in New Zealand, Robert has worked on a variety of different types of projects, including Housing, Schools, Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Banks, Museums and Prisons. Robert’s ability to balance the project stake-holder’s aspirations within the available budget, timescales and existing legislative and logistic framework, is reflected with a high proportion of successfully completed projects and with many repeat clients.

I have moved to Hawke's Bay from Wairarapa, where I've been working for the past 8+ years for a frame & truss factory in various different roles of design that have given me a great understanding of how trussed roofs are designed. I have a real passion for architectural design in both form and function and enjoy being able to help clients into a home that they will enjoy for years to come.

Having completed my March Prof at Victoria University of Wellington I have moved back home and found a great place to establish my architectural career with Createus Group.

I have a passion for community-led projects and sustainability within the build environment.

I believe successful design prioritises the current and future needs of the client and am most excited by how we as designers can employ architecture as a facilitator for of improving the lives of others.

Vicki is the friendly face you see when you first walk into the Createus Group office.  She is a worker bee and is in-charge of running the day-to-day operations ranging from general administration and answering phone calls to providing finance support and preparing meetings. Outside of work, Vicki occasionally works as a personal trainer. She takes pride in keeping the team in tip-top shape and gains a lot of satisfaction from interacting with clients.
