Kāinga Ora - Huia & Lowe

Createus Group were Design Lead on the Kāinga Ora Homes and Communities site at 400-402 Huia St & 511 Lowe St, Hastings. The residential development sites transformed two existing Kāinga Ora properties into 6 new residential dwellings. The resulting Architectural proposal was supported by the Landscape Architecture works of Development Nous, the Civil Engineering works of Development Nous, the Structural Engineering of Strata and the Geotechnical Engineering review of RDCL.

In collaboration with local supporting consultants the resulting 6 standalone units, comprising of three & four bedroom homes, predominantly 2 storey with a single accessible two bedroom unit.
