Some building sections are really easy to work with and then some make a designer really stretch. In this case the building section was on an extremely steep slope with a very small usable building platform, it was geotechnically challenging with imposed acoustic requirements. The resulting 3 bedroom home is a wonderful space that makes the most of the fabulous views while functioning as a family home that is warm and inviting.
