o In collaboration with Westside Healthcare Limited and our continued offsite construction build partners Hawkes Bay Homes, the designed Health Hub provides support service space on the Hastings War Memorial Hospital site. The designed Health Hub is able to host two tenancies or a singular primary service, with two waiting areas, two tech rooms, two large exam rooms, seven consult rooms, a staff room and utility areas. Constructed offsite as three transportable units, the resulting build responds to the current specialized medical needs of the region. Offsite construction allowed streamlined construction with minimal onsite interference resulting in minimized impact to the day-to-day access and occupation of the public hospital site.
