Working with the client initial brief Createus Group developed an innovative development solution for a 4150m2 site, resulting in 8 residential units. Ranging from 140 – 205m2, options for each home included 3 bedroom, single bathroom, single garage up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and double garage. Due to the size of the development Resource Consent was required by Hastings District Council. In consultation with HDC Createus Group were able to address all presented feedback, to ensure the constructed development offered a solution ideal for both the client and the community.

Createus Group supported the developed from start to finish, providing full working drawings, Resource Consent documentation (including consultation with Urban Planners), Building Consent documentation, Onsite queries, Construction programme and liasing with assisting consultants such as urban planners, geotechnical, structural and civil engineers.
